Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Deaf Bible Society uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit DCW Live.
2. How We Use Cookies on Live
On DCW Live we use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Deliver pages securely and keep the site working
- Help our hosting, CDN, and streaming providers serve live and recorded video
- Protect against abuse and support basic security
3. Types of Cookies
3.1 Essential / functional
Needed for the site to work — for example delivering pages securely and enabling stream playback through our hosting and media providers.
3.2 Preference
Remember choices you make. Live does not currently store display preferences in first-party local storage. If we add preference storage later, we will describe it here.
3.3 Analytics and marketing
This Live site does not currently set first-party Google Analytics or marketing cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy at /cookie-policy.
4. Technologies Used Today
The following describes technologies used by DCW Live today:
| Name / provider | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting / CDN / security | Our host or security/CDN providers may process requests and may use cookies needed to deliver the site | Essential / third-party |
| Cloudflare Stream / streaming gateway | Live and recorded video delivery may use cookies or similar tech under the streaming provider’s policies | Essential / third-party |
| Church image CDN | May be used when loading thumbnails or church images shown with streams | Functional / third-party |
5. Third-Party Providers
Third parties that may be involved when you use Live include:
- Cloudflare Stream — live and recorded video delivery
- Hosting and CDN / security providers for the Live website
- Church image hosting for thumbnails and related images
Those parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. Please read them to understand how they use information.
6. Your Choices
You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also clear site data for this site in your browser. If you disable cookies or clear storage, some features may not work as expected — for example secure delivery or stream playback that relies on third-party cookies may be limited.

7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond. DCW Live does not currently change behavior based on DNT signals. You can still manage cookies and site data as described above.
8. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do.
